The Architect's Handbook of Professional Practice
13th edition and 15th edition ?
i need to buy one

  There isn't a big difference. Definitely recommend either one, as long as it's not the student version!

  Please check with your local library to see if they have it. Libraries also have digital formats which you can download. I've found AHPP 15th ed., and many of the Francis Ching (aka Lord of The Drawings :)) books for download.
