Exam Cancelled Unexpectedly

So apparently my exam was canceled a week before my exam date.... it would've been nice to receive a phone call or something. I don't know who is responsible for this but it's pretty ridiculous. Studying for these exams and scheduling them requires jumping through so many hoops and sacrifices with a family especially when you're having to study and take an exam around the holidays.  I've contacted customer service and I'm hoping for some sort of accountability.
