Construction Managers

Thursday’s 6pm ET Zoom Session is titled, “Construction Managers”.  You’ll take the first five minutes of class to answer the question alone, but if you would like to get a head-start on that, here is the assignment.

During which phase of design should a construction manager (CM) be hired?

• Before pre-design
• After pre-design and before schematic design
• After schematic design and before design development
• After construction documents and before bidding
